Jennifer was Project Architect and Project Manager for this award winning LEED Platinum, multi-family housing development in the City of Denver.  Completed in September 2015, she managed a team of architects, drafters, designers, and consultants.  Jennifer worked closely with the design-build General Contractor for this 275 Unit, 330,000 square feet, project.  This work completed at Kephart Architects.
